Supporting The livery companies. Preserving Tradition and Civic Pride
The City of London’s Livery Companies are at the heart of the City’s culture and deep heritage. They promote civic responsibility, charitable giving, fellowship and professional development. I am proud to actively support these institutions and contribute to their ongoing legacy.
Leadership Roles
I currently serve as Middle Warden of the Worshipful Company of Entrepreneurs, where I foster entrepreneurship and professional excellence. In 2026, I am expected to become its first Sikh Master, marking a historic milestone in the Livery movement. I also serve as Patron of the Entrepreneurs’ Trust Charity, mentoring and financially supporting aspiring entrepreneurs, particularly those from underserved communities.
Supporting Civic and Charitable Initiatives
Livery Companies are not just ceremonial: they also drive meaningful social and civic impact. Through my work, I support projects that deliver tangible benefits, such as promoting entrepreneurship, facilitating charitable programmes, and providing opportunities for professional development across the City.
Engaging the Ward & Community
I believe that Coleman Street Ward must benefit directly from the activities of the Livery Companies. By maintaining strong relationships, I aim to channel resources, expertise, and support into initiatives that strengthen the Ward and foster civic pride.
My involvement with Livery Companies complements my wider professional and philanthropic work, reflecting a consistent commitment to governance, leadership, and social impact. By combining these roles with my professional expertise, I can ensure Coleman Street Ward remains connected, represented, and empowered within the wider City community.
