Creating a Vibrant, Safe, and Prosperous Ward for All
Candidate in the Aldermanic election for Coleman Street Ward on 5th February 2026
I ask for your trust and your vote as Alderman of Coleman Street Ward.
A vacancy has arisen following the retirement of Sir Peter Estlin. Peter gave exceptional service to our Ward and the City of London, including his distinguished year as Lord Mayor in 2018-19.
I have been honoured to receive nominations from local Ward voters and encouragement to stand as an Aldermanic candidate.
I have been working in and supporting the City of London for over 30 years. This depth of experience gives me a strong understanding of most professions including financial services, accountancy, legal firms and small businesses that form the backbone of Coleman Street Ward. I feel well positioned to represent your interests as your Alderman.
My knowledge of the City and our Ward is extensive. I believe I have the qualities to make a positive contribution as Alderman.
What makes me different? I am not a politician! I will serve as an Independent working solely for the best interest of the City! I am an Entrepreneur and a Professional wanting to ‘give something back and make a difference.’
I am happy to meet or answer any questions personally. I promise a prompt 24 hours response as I am a person of action. Please do contact me. …. more info click here
I have achieved what I desire for myself and my family.
I will bring independent thinking, renewed energy, constructive challenge, commitment and focus where needed, helping Coleman Street Ward and the Corporation of London to thrive and adapt in the future. It would be my privilege to serve.
I will only feel I have succeeded when I deliver that to you.
I believe I am well placed to serve Coleman Street Ward for several reasons, including:

- Listening to the needs of our Ward, I will bring a fresh perspective and deliver what you seek. I have proven this in two recent charitable initiatives. Firstly by helping redistribute over 2.5 million free meals to Londoners in need in the last two years. Secondly by restarting the City Prostate Cancer Awareness and Screening Programme in 2024 after an absence of many years. The next screening is on April 17th in the City. Men – please save the date! I was a shortlisted finalist in the BQF Patron of the Year Award at a reception hosted by HRH Anne, Princess Royal in March 2025. …. more info click here
- My passion is to ‘have an impact’ and to ‘make things happen’ in our great City and our Ward.
